Automation of safety data sheets

Safety data sheets at the push of a button …

Of course, the idea seems to sound a bit too fantastic. Maybe you are thinking now: Another vendor making empty promises. In the end, your own IT department will have to deal with a solution that is anything but “push-button”.

Before even thinking about a push-button solution, solid integration must be thought of. This must be made as seamless as possible. There are three main reasons why seamless integration is so important:

  1. On the one hand, the need for human interaction is reduced to a minimum. Intervention is only required in the event of irregularities. Employees and management can thus focus on the essentials.
  2. Resulting from this is the second importance. The frequency of errors drops dramatically, as employees no longer have to quickly enter a bundle of safety data sheets between the door and the door at the end of the day.
  3. No isolated solution and no software zoo. Software must not serve an end in itself. The use of new solutions must be integrated into existing processes and software solutions so that the business goals are in the foreground.

This foundation enables automation with low friction forces and enables further automation, also for our customers. SdbHub comes as close to buttonless interaction as any vendor on the market. As diverse as our customers’ processes may be, SdbHub seamlessly integrates with them, allowing SDSs to be scanned with minimal manual effort.
SdbHub works silently in the background and responds primarily when your attention is required.

Frankly speaking, there should be no need to press a button at all. That is the declared goal of SdbHub. We are getting a little closer to this every day.
